Time Line Therapy®
Time Line Therapy® is a powerful process that helps release negative emotions like anger, fear, sadness, hurt, and guilt - linked to past memories or emotional events. By working with your unconscious mind, it enables deep healing and lasting behavioural change. Using your internal “time line,” this technique allows you to let go of emotional baggage, reframe the past, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
Developed by Tad James, it has been widely used since 1986 by therapists, coaches, and professionals across many fields. As a trained practitioner, I guide you through this process to help you create a healthier, more empowered future.
Breath Coaching
Breathwork coaching is a science-based approach that uses simple, effective breathing techniques to improve physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
By activating the parasympathetic nervous system - the body’s natural “rest and digest” mode - breathwork can lower blood pressure, slow heart rate, reduce stress and pain, improve sleep and digestion, and increase clarity and energy.
Breath Coaching helps you become aware of dysfunctional breathing patterns and introduces five key balancing practices to restore healthy, functional breathing. These techniques are accessible to anyone and can support both short-term relief and long-term transformation. Grounded in research and experience, breathwork is a powerful, drug-free tool for managing stress, enhancing performance, and fostering overall mind-body balance.
